Founded in 2022 by Sumit Govind Sharma, Monarch was built on a single belief — that a dining table is a living stage for heritage. From the botanical sanctuary of EVE to the coastal narratives of TAT and the unhurried European pulse of Que Sera Sera, every room is a cultural commission.
Every room begins with a story rooted in a region, a ritual, or a memory of the subcontinent.

Chapter 01 / 03
A botanical sanctuary, after dark.
Verdant interiors, crystal glassware and a library of seasonal flavours. EVE is the slow-burn evening — garden-pressed cocktails, plates that read like discoveries, and a room that hums.

The Indian coast, plated.
An ode to the Konkan and Malabar shores through a contemporary lens. Fire and spice, ceramic and brass, served in a calm indigo room that lets the food do the talking.

European nostalgia, Mumbai pulse.
Marble café tables, bentwood chairs and golden-hour windows. The unhurried neighbourhood bistro — equal parts trattoria, brasserie, and late-night confidant.
