Monarch Liberty Hospitality Pvt Ltd was founded in 2022 by Sumit Govind Sharma. In a short span we have launched some of Mumbai's most loved restaurants — EVE, TAT and Que Sera Sera — and are now opening the door to what comes next.

A restaurateur with a single conviction — that India is on the edge of a new dining renaissance, and Mumbai is its stage.
Sumit founded Monarch Liberty Hospitality in 2022 with the goal of building a portfolio of restaurants that feel like cultural institutions: distinct in voice, rigorous in craft, and unmistakably Indian in their generosity.
